Thibaud has more than 12 years of experience in senior
commercial and CEO roles in the Middle East and Africa with
global leaders Vodafone, Orascom Telecom and the African
broadband pioneer, Smile Telecoms Holdings Ltd. He has also
worked for several years in developed markets including the
United Kingdom, Germany and Switzerland. Thibaud has a unique
capacity for building successful strategies and transforming
them into efficient organisations and value-adding operations
of a global standard in the most challenging of environments.

An engineer by profession, Hazem has more than ten years
of senior marketing and sales experience with the global
telecommunications leader, Vodafone, and is a recognised
expert in the field of consumer-orientated distribution and sales
channel development. Hazem also has an in-depth knowledge
of the Egyptian and other Middle Eastern markets.

Mariette's 12 years of brand and retail experience included working
at several big corporate companies, including Sun International
and Famous Brands. As an agency executive she has eight years
of through-the-line experience, working on key brands such as
Absa, Altech Autopage Cellular, SA Reserve Bank, Tiger Brands,
BBC, Colgate, Hollard, SAB and Food Network. Her retail
experience was her training ground, so she understands the
speed, accuracy and deliverables required to drive business
both in-store and online. She maintains that the partnership
between a brand and its consumers is central to business
success, and it's this belief and expertise that turns marketing
